international scientific and technical Conference on Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre in the 21st century, devoted to the 230th anniversary of the University establishment.
The second information letter
The Conference is to be held on May 25-27, 2009, in the MIIGAiK conference hall at the address: 4 Gorokhovsky by-street, Moscow
105064, Russia.
Scientific

Conference Languages are Russian/English
For participation in the Conference it
is necessary to send to the address of the Organizing committee:
¨ an application
form for participation with your first, middle and last names, place of work,
position, scientific degree and rank, office address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, topic and report
form (plenary report - 20 minutes, section report, poster report - 10 minutes);
necessity of booking hotel and supposed dates of coming to and leaving Moscow.
¨ texts of reports and presentations (not more than 6 pages of А4 format, with single line spacing)
to be sent at E-mail address: anniversary230@miigaik.ru in Russian/English in
Word for Windows 6.0, 7.0., both side margins 2.5 cm, font: Times New
Roman, font size 14 pts.
The file name is to be the surname of one of the authors with the initials (in Cyrillic
or Latin transcription). Figures are to be in TIF or JPEG. The size of
illustrations is to be not more than 174 mm x 84
mm, with line thickness of 0.5 pts, resolution not more than 300
pixels.
The
arrangement of the text is to be the following:

A Scientific and
Technical Exhibition will be held within the framework of the
Conference. Exhibition stand can be rented at
a price of 50 Euro per 1 sq m (or its

for the whole period. Exhibits are to be delivered by the
exhibition participant on terms and conditions coordinated with the Organizing
committee.

The cost of 1 м2 additional exhibition area (only for sponsors) is 20 Euros (or in a Rouble equivalent at
the Central Bank of the Russian Federation exchange rate as of the date of
payment).
Delivery of exhibits is to be carried out by the participant of the Exhibition
on conditions and dates approved by the Organizing committee.
Delivery of the equipment and exhibits: Sunday on May 24; dismantle and moving
out: Wednesday on May 27.
Invitations and the Program of events are to be sent after application registration
and submitting a payment order copy with a bank's mark confirming the payment.
The layout of stands at
the Exhibition is to be published in
April, after preliminary application consideration.
